Kim Richardson
Jewish Rehabilitation Centers for Living, Inc.

At age 20, Kim Richardson set a goal to complete an MBA program and become a chief financial officer by age 30. Mission accomplished. While working full-time as a healthcare analyst and part-time as a waitress, she vigorously pursued her bachelor’s and master’s degrees through a full-time evening program. In 2000, at the age of 30, she became CFO and assistant treasurer of the Jewish Rehabilitation Centers for Living, Inc. (JRC), which includes the JRC and Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Center in Swampscott, the JRC Charitable Foundation and Woodbridge Assisted Living in Peabody.

Her previous work experience includes leadership positions at Marian Court College in Swampscott; Partners Healthcare Systems in Boston; the A·D·S Group, a specialist in elder care services in Andover; and Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Meriden, Conn.

A Marblehead resident, Richardson has served on the committees for the JRC Golf Tournament, Anti-Defamation League fundraising event and Hospice of the North Shore annual fundraising event. She has served on the board of Symphony by the Sea and as treasurer of Marblehead Little League.
