At age 20, Kim Richardson set a goal to
complete an MBA program and become a
chief financial officer by age 30. Mission
accomplished. While working full-time as a
healthcare analyst and part-time as a waitress,
she vigorously pursued her bachelor’s and
master’s degrees through a full-time evening
program. In 2000, at the age of 30, she
became CFO and assistant treasurer of the
Jewish Rehabilitation Centers for Living, Inc. (JRC), which
includes the JRC and Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Center in
Swampscott, the JRC Charitable Foundation and Woodbridge
Assisted Living in Peabody.
Her previous work experience includes leadership positions at
Marian Court College in Swampscott; Partners Healthcare Systems
in Boston; the A·D·S Group, a specialist in elder care services in
Andover; and Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Meriden,
Conn.
A Marblehead resident, Richardson has served on the committees
for the JRC Golf Tournament, Anti-Defamation League
fundraising event and Hospice of the North Shore annual
fundraising event. She has served on the board of Symphony by
the Sea and as treasurer of Marblehead Little League.
