
With a career of more than 35 years in
financial services, Mary Hastings feels
proud to acknowledge she has worked
exclusively for her clients’ best interests.
Hastings is financial consultant and
senior vice president of investments at
A.G. Edwards, a national, full-service
brokerage firm. As a certified financial
planner, she brings a personal
commitment to her clients. Her work in helping women with
their finances has been published in The Christian Science
Monitor, Working Women, and The Boston Globe.
Pursuing her degree while working as a bank teller and
raising her two children, Hastings learned the value of hard
work and determination. At Bank of Boston, she helped
increase profitability for her branch, eventually becoming an
officer responsible for training personnel in customer service
within Middlesex and Essex counties.
Active in the community, Hastings became the first female
president of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. She also
served as president of the Burlington Business Roundtable and
received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Minuteman
Home Care Money Management Program.
