A banking executive of the highest
integrity, Nancie DeJoie serves as human
resources manager and project manager
at Community Credit Union. A role
model and mentor, she takes the time to
prepare her staff members for advancement
to the next organizational level by
providing them with training, coaching
and support.
DeJoie was active in the opening of Community Credit
Union’s second branch location in Peabody in 2006, from
inception to completion. She currently manages school
banking programs with Sacred Heart and Shoemaker elementary
schools in Lynn, teaching students how to start saving
early.
The mother of three, DeJoie is active in the Shoemaker
School PTO and has helped raise funds for the school as well
as for Project Summit, Wyoma Little League and the state
champion Wyoma softball all-star team. She is also a board
member of Cerebral Palsy of Eastern Massachusetts.
DeJoie has been part of the Community Credit Union team
since 2004. Prior to that, she was employed at Eastern Bank
and TNE Investment Services in Boston.
