Century 21 Advantage on Boston Street in Lynn is a successful, independently-owned and operated firm, run by Elaine Uram since 1989.

Uram, who became a licensed real estate agent in 1979, is an active member of the Lynn Lions Club and serves on the Camp Lion Board of Directors. She is a member of the National Notary Association, the North Shore Association of Realtors and the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce.

Uram has served as the community chairperson for the Past Friends of Scouting fund-raising effort for the Boy Scouts, and is a member of the St. Ann’s Parish Council in Salem.
