Gonzalez-Welch has worked closely with the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce and many area businesses in her two decades with the U.S. Small Business Association’s Mass. district office.

She partnered with the LACC on the SBA’s SCORE Association,
which provides professional guidance and information to maximize the success of America’s existing and emerging small businesses. She has also presented workshops for the chamber.

She manages the Northeast section of the state, marketing SBA products and services to aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs.

Gonzalez-Welch is also the Women’s Business Ownership representative for Massachusetts and the state coordinator for the Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training (WNET) program.
