Cioffi came to J.N. Phillips Auto Glass in 1983 as a young, uncertain 20-year-old high school dropout with a toddler son, beginning her career a customer-service representative. The company stood by her as she got her life in order and eventually allowed her to advance to a position in sales. Later, when she was ready, she was promoted to sales manager.

Cioffi said J.N. Phillips Glass has stood by her every step of the way, including allowing her to take time off to attend to a family illness in 1998.
When it came time for the company to expand to Lynn in 2003, she was a natural part of that expansion.

“No matter what trials, accomplishments, frustrations and joy I’ve encountered, my clients and J.N. Phillips have always been there to see me through,” she said.
