Employed at General Electric for more than 20 years, Bryant works in safety and quality assurance, where she has received multiple promotions and increased responsibilities.

She serves as a mentor to other women and minorities in a high-tech setting, and is regarded with respect, admiration and fondness by her co-workers and supervisors. She sets high standards for herself and her team and is discreet and caring.

Bryant is active in her church and committed to a large extended family. She is a longtime volunteer and board member at My Brother’s Table in Lynn, where she serves and prepares food, along with other members of the GE Minority Development Council.
