One of a few female CEOs of a credit union in Massachusetts, Bazzi has been in charge of improvements to the executive management of the credit union at 947 Western Ave. in Lynn, adding new services and gaining market share for the business.

A active member of the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce and Lynn Rotary Club, she is one of the sponsors the annual pre-Thanksgiving Day high school football luncheon and she also donates to dozens of community organizations.

Bazzi has helped grow the River Works Credit Union, founded in 1936, which was once limited to GE workers and their families but now is open to
anyone in Essex County or living within 25 miles.
